灯台树是南方常见的绿化树种，也是重要的药用植物。绿翅绢野螟是灯台树的主要害虫，幼虫吐丝卷叶，取食叶肉，引起落叶，造成秃枝，严重影响灯台树生长。进行害虫绿翅绢野螟田间调查及发生规律研究，并提出对绿翅绢野螟的控制技术，为防治绿翅绢野螟提供科学依据。

Alstonia scholaris(Linn).R.Br. is a kind of wide greening tree species in the south of China.It is also an important medicinal plant. Diaphania angustalis is the primary pest of Alstonia scholaris(Linn).R.Br.,the spinning of whose larva induces leaf roll.The larva eats diachyma to cause leaves drop off and branch dry rot,which seriously impacts the growth of Alstonia scholaris(Linn).R.Br..The field investigation was carried out,and occurring regulation of Diaphania angustalis were studied.Several control techniques of Diaphania angustalis were proposed ,so as to provide scientific basis for control of Diaphania angustalis.
