目的通过抽取2011-2013年幼儿园集体儿童体检记录,了解3年间辖区内集体儿童体检状况变化趋势,为今后集体儿童保健服务提供依据。方法采用每年3-6月对辖区内幼儿园3-6岁儿童进行体检,按照WHO相关评价标准对肥胖、贫血、龋齿评价与诊断。结果2011-2013年的肥胖检出率基本持平,无显著性差异(χ2=5.47,ρ>0.05);贫血检出率有上升趋势,有显著性差异(χ2=34.81,ρ<0.01);龋齿检出率有上升趋势,有显著性差异(χ2=75.22,ρ<0.01),一级、二级、三级幼儿园均显示2011-2013年间有显著性差异(一级χ2=9.83,二级χ2=84.82,ρ<0.01;三级χ2=8.03,0.01<ρ<0.05)。

Object According to select the record of kindergarten col ective children's physical examination situation from 2011 to 2013 to investigate its variation trend during these three years, this is to provide the basis for future col ective children's health care service effectively. Method Adopt doing children's physical examination in a same certain area from March to June per year as per the WHO standard to evaluate and diagnose the rate of fat, anemia and tooth decay etc. Results Firstly, the discovery rate of fat (χ2=5.47,ρ>0.05)is basical y keeping the same each year, no any significant difference; Secondly, the rate were showing rising trend of anemia(χ2=75.22,ρ<0.01)and tooth decay(χ2=75.22,ρ<0.01)annual y. The significant difference also appeared among the Level one, Level two and Level three kindergarten(Level one:χ2=9.83,Level two:χ2=84.82,ρ<0.01;Level three:χ2=8.03,0.01<ρ<0.05).
