目的：总结相关研究成果，探究各种建成环境特征与休闲体力活动的相关性，为后续研究提供参考和依据。方法：通过Medline、Embase、Pubmed和SportsDiscus四大数据库共检索符合标准的文献40篇，提取各研究中的环境特征与休闲体力活动的相关系数及显著性概率，然后按照标准进行综合评价。结果：获取证据比值前5位的环境特征依次为：步行指数（67％）、土地混合利用（50％）、街道衔接性（50％）、地形坡度（50％）、美观/清洁/绿化（45％）；建成环境客观测量时相关的检出率为37．4％，主观测量时为39．5％。结论：对于全人群，步行指数与休闲体力活动存在相关性，街道衔接性等7项特征的相关性有待进一步证明，另外6项特征不存在相关性。

Purpose:In order to provide further research with reference and basis ,this paper summarizes the current results and explores correlations between built environment (BE) and leisure time physical activity (LTPA) .Methods:this paper retrieve 40 related-paper from Medline ,Embase ,Pubmed and SportsDiscus four databases ,then extract correlations coef-ficient and significance probability between BE and LTPA ,and lastly comprehensive evaluation in accordance with criteri-on .Results :the top five BE characteristics that obtain supportive ratio of evidence are Walkability (67% ) ,mixed land use (50% ) ,street connectivity (50% ) ,terrain slope (50% ) ,aesthetics /clean /green (45% );the detection rate of objec-tively measured environmental characteristics is 37 .4% ,while perceived environmental characteristics is 39 .5% .Conclu-sions :For a total population ,walkability is significantly correlation with LTPA ;eight characteristics such as street con-nectivity need to further evidence to prove correlation ;five characteristics is null association with LTPA .
