本研究采用自然观察法,对大连市一所幼儿园混龄班幼儿同伴冲突起因进行研究。结果表明:动作意图误解、故意挑衅、物品争议、空间和位置争议是引起混龄班幼儿同伴冲突的主要原因。作为混龄班教师要准确把握幼儿个体发展水平,充分认识幼儿同伴冲突的价值,不断提高引导幼儿解决同伴冲突的指导水平。

본연구채용자연관찰법,대대련시일소유인완혼령반유인동반충돌기인진행연구。결과표명:동작의도오해、고의도흔、물품쟁의、공간화위치쟁의시인기혼령반유인동반충돌적주요원인。작위혼령반교사요준학파악유인개체발전수평,충분인식유인동반충돌적개치,불단제고인도유인해결동반충돌적지도수평。
Adopting the method of natural observation, the researchers studied a mixed-age class in a kindergarten in Dalian to find out the causes of peer conflict. Research results showed that action intentions misunderstanding,deliberately provocation, article disputes, dispute over space and location are the main causes of peer conflicts among children in the mixed age class. The teacher should understand the level of children's individual development and realize the value of peer conflict to improve their intervention of peer conflict.
