针对延长油田某采油厂采出的油田污水含油量和悬浮物固含量超标的问题,首先对药剂进行室内合成及筛选;其次,考察了pH、沉降时问等因素对使用效果的影响。结果表明,含油污水处理剂SYC-4.在加量100ppm条件下,pH在7.0~8.5,沉降时问2.0h,除油、除悬浮物性能优异。现场试验表明,SYC-4处理后污水的含油量能够满足注水指标要求;和现场用除油荆相比.残余悬浮物含量明显降低,去除率大于90%。

In order to solve the difficult problems of the over standard of oil content and suspend matter in Yanchang oil field, water treatment agents were Synthesized and complex formulated in our laboratory. And then, the effects ofpH and sedimentation time were studied. Under the condition of the amount coagulant charge was 100 mg/L, the correspondent optimum scope ofpH value was 7.0-8.5, and the sedimentation time was 2.0 h, a good treatment result conclusions were obtained. The result of the local experiment indicated that the oil content of the treated wastewater can meet the requirements of sewage re-injection. Compared with the primary reagent, its residual content of floating was lowered obviously, the removal rates of floating were closed to 90 %.
