磷化处理是一种常用的钢铁零件表面加工工艺,其废水中含磷量高。以芜湖某机械制造厂磷化废水处理为案例,研究了磷化废水的处理流程及效果。结果表明,投加石灰进行化学沉淀,结合中和处理、平流沉淀、气浮、活性炭吸附和砂滤法进行处理,该工艺废水处理费用1.7.16/m^3:废水磷酸盐、CODcr、BOD5锌zn^2+、石油类和悬浮颗粒物SS除效率分别为99.8%、83.1%、75.7%、92.9%、84.8%和86.6%,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)三级标准要求。该处理技术经济效益和环境效益较好,具有一定的推广意义。

Phosphating of surface processing of steel parts is a common kind of physical and chemical processing technology, however, the wastewater of wihch contain high phosphate content. The paper studied the method and effect of phospbating wastewater treatment, taking a certain mechanical manufacture factory as a case. The result showed that the treatment cost only was 1.7 Yuan/m^3, and removal rate of phosphate, CODcr, BODs5, Zn^2+, petroleum and SS was 99.8 %, 83.1%, 75.7 %, 92.9 %, 84.8 % and 86.6 % respectively. The quality of phosphating wastewater met the requirements of class 3 of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996), after chemical precipitation treatment combined with sedimentation, flotation, activated carbon adsorption and sand filtration. This treatment can get good economic and environmental benefits and has generalizing significance.
