介绍了双循环法固体热载体粉煤中低温热解提质工艺,并且以国内几种典型的热解提质工艺进行对比,对其工艺特点进行了深入的分析;针对国内洁净煤技术发展状况,从煤电多联产,煤炭资源综合利用和环境保护的需要出发,利用循环半焦分级利用法去研究热解提质工艺.以现有成熟的气化技术为依托,进行配套集成消化半焦产品,实现热解提质装置的油、电、气多联产的循环利用模式。

The quality and dual-loop method of solid heat carrier pulverized coal pyrolysis process, and to the domestic several typical pyrolysis improving quality process compared to in-depth analysis of the process characteristics; for the domestic clean coal technology developmentstarting from coal-fired electricity polygeneration, comprehensive utilization of coal resources and the need for environmental protection, use of loop char classification method to study the pyrolysis and quality process.
