以cd(N03)2-4H20和Nrd2s-9H20为原料,AoT为保护剂,利用反胶束法在正庚烷中合成了cds/Au复合纳米粒子.加入适量的十二硫醇,利用静置法洗去保护剂AoT,通过加入不同量的无水乙醇改变分散介质的极性,改变cds/Au复合纳米粒子在分散介质中的“溶解度”,从而实现不同尺寸纳米粒子的分离。采用紫外一可见(uV—vis)吸收光谱,透射电子显微镜(TEM)、荧光光谱法等对其进行表征。

CdS/Au nanoparticles protected by surfactant AOT were prepared by reverse-micelle method with the Raw materials of Cd(NO3)2.4H20 and Na2S'9H20. By adding n-dodeeanethiol, the surfactant AOT was washed away by water. By adding enthanol of different quantity, the polarity of dispersed medium was regulated and the solubility of CdS/Au nanoparticles in dispersed medium were adjusted. Consequently, the CdS/Au nanoparticles of different sizes were separated. UV-vis spectra, transmission electronic microscopy and fluorescence spectra were used to characterize CdS/Au nanoparticles
