粉体是ZnO压敏电阻制备的起点,粉料的混合均匀性直接影响压敏电阻的综合电性能。利用电位一电容法及Mott.Schottky分析并结合SEM扫描,探索ZnO压敏电阻粉体的均匀性与其电化学行为之间的关系。测试结果初步表明,ZnO压敏电阻粉体越均匀,电容越小,载流子浓度越小。

The properties of ZnO varistor were influenced by the uniformity of powders which are the beginning of ZnO varistor. The electrochemical properties of different electrodes were investigated by EIS and Potential-capacitance method combing with Mott-Schottky analysis. The results revealed that the impedance increased and the Carrier concentration decreased along with the powders' uniformity getting better.
