水体中溶解性无机碳(DIc)为无机碳酸盐,碳酸氢盐、碳酸及二氧化碳气体的总和,是水生植物特别是沉水植物在进行光合作用时的主要碳源,因此研究水体中溶解性无机碳的变化行为,有助于从碳源利用的角度合理确定水生生态系统中沉水植物的种植密度。本项日首先提出浴解性无机碳的简易测定方法并进行了可行性论证,并在良好的水生生态系统中研究:DIC与温度(T)、pH、溶解氧(DO)的短期和长期相关性。研究结果表明:本法所采用的DIC简易测定方法是可信的:DIC在短期内与pH、DO、T负相关;长期则呈正相关且受温度控制。

The dissolved inorganic carbon in water(DIC) were conducted by carbonate, bicarbonate, carbonic acid and carbon dioxide. DIC is the main carbon source for photosynthesis of aquatic plant especially for benthophyte, so the research is helpful to plant the density of submerged aquatic plants in aquatic ecosystems. We researched the measuring method of dissolved inorganic carbon in water and then proved its feasibility, at the same time, we researched the correlation with DIC and pH, DO, T in short-term and long-term in the aquatic ecosystem. The study showed that, the simple measuring tnethod used in the research was believable, the DIC changing trends was negative correlation with pH, DO, T in Short-term, but in long-term, the correlation was positive and the concentration of D1C was controlled by T.
