The paper evaluated the test uncertainty in the determination of phosphorus in foods and milk for infants and young children. The probable sources of the test uncertainty were analyzed. It was found that the test uncertainty of phosphorus in foods for infants and young children mainly came from the test results reproducibility and the process of fitting standard curve.
