In the paper, effects of NAA and BA on callus induction of Dianthus Caryophyllus was studied to provide the theoretical basis for tissue culture of Dianthus Cao'ophyllus. As a result, the media with NAA or BA was in favor of the induction of callu, while media adding NAA 0.2 mg/L and BA 2 mg/L was the best hormone combination, induction rate was best, and callus grew well.
