以CuS04和Na2C03为原料,通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究加料顺序及方式、原料配比、反应温度、预热时间、pn等对产物6&质及产量的影响。结果表明向CuS04溶液中一次加入Na2C03溶液,两者体积比为1.0:1.2,反应温度75℃,产品品质较好,产率可以达到92%以上。

Use CuSO4 and Na2CO3 as material, single factor experiment and the orthogonal test were adopted to study the effect of feeding order and methods, proportions of raw material, reaction temperature, warm-up time and pH on the product quality and output. The result show that the optimum conditions are as follows: the Na:CO3 solution were added into CuSO4 solution at one time, the ratio of v(CuSO4)/v(Na2CO3) is 1.0 : 1.2, reaction temperature is 75℃, the product quality is high and the yield of basic cupric carbonate reaches 92 % under the optimum conditions.
