文章通过静态失重法和电化学法对缓蚀剂烯丙基硫脲在盐酸体系中对金属材料的缓蚀性能进行了研究。分别考察了不同缓蚀荆浓度、挂片温度及不同金属材料等情况下烯丙基硫脲的缓蚀性能。结果表明,烯丙基硫脲对Q235碳钢的缓蚀性能较好,失重法实验结果表明,在20℃下,0.5mol/L盐酸溶液中加入100ppm烯丙基硫脲对不锈钢的缓蚀率可达93%:0.5mol/L盐酸溶液中加入50ppm烯丙基硫脲对Q235碳钢的缓蚀率可达94%。电化学法实验结果则表明,当烯丙基硫脲浓度达到1000ppm时,对不锈钢的缓蚀率达到97%,对Q235碳钢的缓蚀率可达98%。

In the paper, corrosion inhibition allyl thiourea (ATU) was studied by chemical method (the static weight loss) and eleclrochemical method (potentiodynamic polarization). And its inhibitive performance towards the corrosion of stainless steel and Q235 carbon steel in sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid was investigated. Through the way that in different acid solution adding different concentrations of ATU, put in different temperature, and using different material of metals to find the best corrosion inhibition temperature, the best concentration of ATU and the best effect of in which acid and using what kind of metallic material. These studies showed that ATU was a very good inhibitor and the inhibition efficiency up to 99 % in lmol/L sulfuric acid, using Q235 carbon steel was obtained. The best temperature was 20 ~C, the best concentration of ATU was 500 ppm. The effect which the inhibitive performance of Q235 carbon steel was better than the inhibitive performance of stainless steel, and Q235 cabon steel in 1 mol/L sulfuric acid solution is better than in 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid.
