Some important concepts and general international standards about computer security are introduced. The computer security problems caused by possible electromagnetic attack and electromagnetic leak are analyzed from the view of hardware. The software reasons to break computer security are demonstrated by some cases with virus, network attack and illegal intrusion. Some strategies and technologies are presented to enhance computer security system by such methods as electromagnetic shield reinforcement, encryption and security certifications.
