中药化学成分复杂，其中多糖作为其主要活性成分，具有多种生物活性。近年来，对于中药多糖的研究逐渐成为一大热点，但这些研究较大程度上依赖于多糖的提取、分离纯化结果，因此采用理想的提取分离技术将有利于中药多糖类产品品质的提高。本文综述了近年来中药多糖的提取、分离纯化研究进展，并对中药多糖的含量分析方法进行了介绍，为多糖的研究提供一些参考。
중약화학성분복잡，기중다당작위기주요활성성분，구유다충생물활성。근년래，대우중약다당적연구축점성위일대열점，단저사연구교대정도상의뢰우다당적제취、분리순화결과，인차채용이상적제취분리기술장유리우중약다당류산품품질적제고。본문종술료근년래중약다당적제취、분리순화연구진전，병대중약다당적함량분석방법진행료개소，위다당적연구제공일사삼고。
Traditional Chinese medicine consists of complex chemical composition,including polysaccharides as its main active ingredient,which has a variety of biological activity.In recent years,researches on the polysaccharides of Chinese traditional medicine gradually become a big focus.However, to a great extent,these researches depend on the result of polysaccharides extraction and purification.So the ideal extraction and separation will be good for traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides improvement of product quality.This paper reviewed recent Chinese medicine polysaccharides extraction and purification research progress. Meanwhile, it also introduced the content method ofpolysaccharides,which can offer the study ofpolysaccharides more references.
