通过对贫碳酸盐液加压泵在正常运行10分钟后,泵流量急剧下降,泵不能正常运行的问题进行分析,得出为泵入口过滤器出现的问题。在考虑泵入口过滤器有效过滤面积及杂质粒径的因素后,对过滤器进行了合理选型并提出了相关注意事项,更换入口过滤器后的化工离心泵运行稳定。
