丹霞冶炼厂化学水处理系统所取水源总铁含量高,影响产水质量,造成膜污堵。针对这一问题,增设锰砂除铁一体化净水器进行水质预处理,确保进入原处理系统的水总铁含量〈300μg/L,浊度〈5mg/L,新增设备达到了预期效果,取得较为满意的经济效益。

Water sources used in chemical water treatment in Danxia Smelter contained high content of iron, affecting water quality and causing membrane fouling. Aiming at this problem, the integration of water iron by manganese sand for water pretreatment and ensure that the water access to the original purifier was used to take out processing system content of total iron content 〈 300 ug/L, and turbidity 〈 5 mg/L. The new added equipment had the expected effect, and obtained relatively satisfactory economic benefits.
