选用氢化物发生器和ICP-AES进行联用技术，测定蔬菜中微量的As的含量，首先对仪器条件进行优化，然后对消解体系以及消解液的用量，酸介质浓度，NaBH。浓度，预还原剂的用量以及放置时间，共存元素的干扰进行考察，确定了最佳的实验方案。该方法简单，快速，准确度高，该方法的检出限为：0．0003mg／L，测定空白溶液10次的RSD为6．62％，测定蔬菜样品的回收率在90％-106．4％之间，适合蔬菜中低含量的As的测定。

The choice of hydride generation and ICP - AES hyphenated techniques were selected to determine the trace amounts of arsenic in the vegetables.
