选用氢化物发生器和ICP-AES进行联用技术,测定蔬菜中微量的As的含量,首先对仪器条件进行优化,然后对消解体系以及消解液的用量,酸介质浓度,NaBH。浓度,预还原剂的用量以及放置时间,共存元素的干扰进行考察,确定了最佳的实验方案。该方法简单,快速,准确度高,该方法的检出限为:0.0003mg/L,测定空白溶液10次的RSD为6.62%,测定蔬菜样品的回收率在90%-106.4%之间,适合蔬菜中低含量的As的测定。

The choice of hydride generation and ICP - AES hyphenated techniques were selected to determine the trace amounts of arsenic in the vegetables. Firstly, instrument conditions were optimazed, secondly, digestion system, as well as the amount of digestion solution, the concentration of acid medium and NaBH4, the dosage of pre - reductant, the placed time after constant volume and the interference of coexistent elements of inspection were studied to decide the best experimental program. The method can be using to determined the content of As in vegetable:s which was accurate, rapid and sensitive, with the detection limit was 0.0003 mg/L, and the RSD was 6.62% under determination of the blank solu-
