研究了搅拌速率,黄铁矿用量,硫酸浓度,反应温度以及锰阳极泥的颗粒半径对锰浸出率的影响。实验结果表明,当反应温度为85℃,搅拌速率为500r/min,颗粒半径小于0.15mm,锰阳极泥、黄铁矿、硫酸的质量比为1:0.75:0.92时,锰的浸出率可以达到93%。
研究瞭攪拌速率,黃鐵礦用量,硫痠濃度,反應溫度以及錳暘極泥的顆粒半徑對錳浸齣率的影響。實驗結果錶明,噹反應溫度為85℃,攪拌速率為500r/min,顆粒半徑小于0.15mm,錳暘極泥、黃鐵礦、硫痠的質量比為1:0.75:0.92時,錳的浸齣率可以達到93%。

The effects of stirring speed, pyrite content, H2SO4 concentration, temperature and the partical size of Mn anode slimes on the extraction of Mn were studied. Experimental results indicated that the leaching rate of 93 % were a- chieved when temperature was 85℃, stirring speed was 500 r/rain, radius of partical was less than 0.15 mm and the weight ratio of Mn anode slimes, pyrie and H2SO4 was 1 : 7.5 : 0.92.
