用愈创木酚法测定黄连木叶中过氧化物酶活性,用PAGE技术分析雌雄株同工酶酶谱,结果:雌雄株的叶子同工酶谱存在差异。结论:雌雄株过氧化物酶活力有逐渐降低到稳定值的规律性差异,雌雄株间过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱也存在明显差异,雄株酶带都比雌株多,酶谱带差异可以作为鉴定雌雄株的依据!

The Guaiacol method was used to determine the peroxidase activity in the leaves of the male and female plants of Pistacia chinesis Bunge, and the PAGE technique was used to analyze the peroxidase isoenzyme in the leaves of the male and female plants. The results showed that the peroxidase isozymogram of the male and female plants'leaves had differences. The results showed that the male and female plants peroxide enzyme activity had differences in regular reduc- ing to a stable value, and there existed significant differences between the male and female plants'peroxidase isozymogram and male plants had more peroxidase isozymogram than the female ones. Differences between zymogram can be used to i- dentify male and female plants.
