Freeman-Carroll法是用来计算固体物质热分解反应动力学参数较为常用的方法,本文对该法进行了改进,对转化率d求算公式进行了微分变换,发现dα/dT与dα/dw,满足一简单的数学关系式,而通过这一关系式可解决Freeman-Cart011求算动力学参数不准确的问题,对于一般的固体热分解动力学参数的计算具有普遍的意义。采用改进后的方法计算Mg(OH):热分解活化能E为122kJ/mol,反应级数n为0.68。

Freeman_Carroll method was selected as a commonly used method to calculate the kinetic parameters of solid thermo -decomposition. But the method had problems in accuracy, which was improved by the differential equation of conversion degree α, and found that there was a simple equation existed between dα/dT and dα/dWx, thus the aceura- cy problems in Freeman_Carroll method can be perfectly resolved by this equation. The kinetic parameters of Mg(OH) 2 thermo -decomposition were studied by improved Freeman_Carroll method, and the activation energy E was 122kJ/mol, and the value of reaction order n was 0.68.
