简要介绍了焦炉煤气净化的首道工序———冷凝鼓风工段的工艺流程和煤气温度对鼓风机运行的影响。通过对电捕焦油器开停期间鼓风机和煤气工艺参数的分析,得出开电捕能降低煤气的比热容和密度,单位体积的内能变化不大,导致煤气温度升高较多。提出了降低风机出口煤气温度的两种方法,达到鼓风机安全稳定运行的目的。

First process of coke oven gas purification-condensation blast process flow and gas temperature on blower operation was introduced.Through the electric tar precipitator open and stop during blower and gas process parameters analysis,draw on electrostatic precipitator can reduce gas specific heat capacity per unit volume and density,the internal energy change,caused the gas temperature rises more.Two methods of the fan outlet gas temperature reduction were proposed,to achieve the purpose of safe and stable operation of blower.
