采用异相催化工艺作为含腈废水的预处理,通过2个月的试验运行,中试处理量为1 m3/h。确定了正常运行阶段最佳条件为:COD∶H2O2∶Fe2+质量比为0.47∶1∶0.6,进水pH为3~4,COD的去除率达到45%,废水的可生化性得到提高。

A new oxidation process named Heterogeneous Catalysis Oxidation Reactor(HCOR) was conducted as the pre-treatment of acrylonitrile-containing wastewater.The pilot test lasted about two months was at a flow rate of 1 m3/h.It was concluded that when COD: H2O2:Fe2+ mass ratio was 0.47:1:0.6,and the influent pH was 3~4,the COD removal rate can reach 45%,and the biodegradability of the wastewater was greatly improved.
