制备了酰胺扩链剂二乙酰对苯二胺、二乙酰4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷,与原扩链剂对比,酰胺扩链剂位阻大,大大延长了聚脲凝胶时间。通过改变扩链剂的种类和用量调整聚脲体系配方,建立了不同凝胶时间的聚脲扩链剂复配体系,实现了聚脲凝胶时间的预设控制。
製備瞭酰胺擴鏈劑二乙酰對苯二胺、二乙酰4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷,與原擴鏈劑對比,酰胺擴鏈劑位阻大,大大延長瞭聚脲凝膠時間。通過改變擴鏈劑的種類和用量調整聚脲體繫配方,建立瞭不同凝膠時間的聚脲擴鏈劑複配體繫,實現瞭聚脲凝膠時間的預設控製。

The acetylizing amine chain extenders,such as diacetyl p-phenylenediamine and 4,4′-diacetylaminodiphenylmethane were prepared for prolonging the gel time of polyurea.The reaction activity was decreased when the new chain extenders were used for polyurea chain extension reaction.Compound systems of polyurea chain extenders with different gel time were established by changing quantity of different kinds of chain extenders.The results showed that the gel time of polyurea can be controlled.
