成功制备了壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇(CS/PVA)复合水凝胶。考察了聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖的质量比及戊二醛用量等对水凝胶溶胀度、机械强度等的影响。结果表明:当聚乙烯醇与壳聚糖质量比为2,戊二醛浓度为0.213 mol/L时,水凝胶的综合性能最佳。
成功製備瞭殼聚糖/聚乙烯醇(CS/PVA)複閤水凝膠。攷察瞭聚乙烯醇與殼聚糖的質量比及戊二醛用量等對水凝膠溶脹度、機械彊度等的影響。結果錶明:噹聚乙烯醇與殼聚糖質量比為2,戊二醛濃度為0.213 mol/L時,水凝膠的綜閤性能最佳。

Chitosan/Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) composite hydrogel was synthesized.The effects of the mass ratio of PVA and chitosan,the concentration of glutaraldehyde on swelling ratio,and mechanical strength were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PVA and chitosan was 2 and the concentration of glutaraldehyde was 0.213 mol/L,the composite hydrogel with the best performance was obtained.
