利用5,5’-亚甲基-双水杨醛与苯胺缩合反应合成了新型Schiff碱,通过核磁共振技术及红外光谱法进行了表征,并获得了其晶体结构。该晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为:C2/c,相关晶胞参数为:a=4.3954(12)nm,b=1.0150(2)nm,c=0.9576(2)nm,β=90.822(10)°,V=4.2717(17)nm3。该化合物存在分子内氢键,每相邻的分子之间通过分子间的氢键以及C-H…π作用将化合物连接成为Z字型结构,且该化合物有一定的抑菌活性。
利用5,5’-亞甲基-雙水楊醛與苯胺縮閤反應閤成瞭新型Schiff堿,通過覈磁共振技術及紅外光譜法進行瞭錶徵,併穫得瞭其晶體結構。該晶體屬于單斜晶繫,空間群為:C2/c,相關晶胞參數為:a=4.3954(12)nm,b=1.0150(2)nm,c=0.9576(2)nm,β=90.822(10)°,V=4.2717(17)nm3。該化閤物存在分子內氫鍵,每相鄰的分子之間通過分子間的氫鍵以及C-H…π作用將化閤物連接成為Z字型結構,且該化閤物有一定的抑菌活性。

A novel Schiff base compounds containing bis-salicylaldehyde(2) was synthesized and structurally characterized by 1H NMR techniques,IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction structural determination.Crystal data were monoclinic,space group: C2/c,a=4.3954(12) nm,b=1.0150(2) nm,c=0.9576(2) nm,β=90.822(10)°,and V=4.2717(17) nm3.In the crystal structure of compound 2,there were intramolecular hydrogen bonds,and the Z shape chain structure formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds and C-H…π interaction.The bacteriostatic activity results indicated that the compound possessed some bacteriostatic effect.
