以联苯、C2~C5的酰氯为原料,经过傅克酰基化、黄鸣龙还原、乙酰化以及溴仿反应,合成了4个端基为C2~C5的双环芳香酸。以气相色谱-质谱联用仪、红外光谱仪、差热扫描量热仪、热台偏光显微镜等对目标化合物的结构及液晶相进行了表征。并探讨了原料配比、温度、反应时间等因素对各反应步骤及产物纯度的影响。
以聯苯、C2~C5的酰氯為原料,經過傅剋酰基化、黃鳴龍還原、乙酰化以及溴倣反應,閤成瞭4箇耑基為C2~C5的雙環芳香痠。以氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀、紅外光譜儀、差熱掃描量熱儀、熱檯偏光顯微鏡等對目標化閤物的結構及液晶相進行瞭錶徵。併探討瞭原料配比、溫度、反應時間等因素對各反應步驟及產物純度的影響。

With biphenyl,acyl chlorides from C2 to C5 as reactants,by the methods of F-C acylation,Huang Minglong reduction,acetylation reaction and bromoform reaction,4 of bicyclic aromatic acid terminal with alkyls from C2 to C5 were synthesized.The target products were characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument,infrared spectroscopy,and their mesophases were detected by differential scanning calorimeter.The influence on the reaction and product purity,involved proportions of raw materials,temperature and time were also discussed.
