智能变电站中变电站配置描述(SCD)模型与电网通用模型描述规范CIM/E共享是智能电网发展的重要支撑。对比分析了SCD模型与CIM/E模型的主要差异,研究了SCD模型到CIM/E模型的映射关系,提出了遵循映射关系的模型转换方案,并在工程中得到应用验证,取得了良好的效果。该方案能够实现模型共享,完全兼容现有系统,具有良好的应用价值。

Model sharihg between substation configuration description (SCD) and control center CIM/E is an important support for smart grid development. The main differences between SCD and CIM/E are compared and analyzed. The model mapping relationship from SCD to CIM/E is also,analyzed and the model conversion scheme in accordance with mapping relationship is presented, which has been applied in a practical smart substation and obtained good results. The scheme can implement model sharing, fully compatible with existing system and makes it possible to avoid repeatedly modeling in control center.
