利用花叶玉簪试管苗进行其快速繁殖、壮苗生根与移栽实验,结果表明,在MS基本培养基中附加低浓度6-BA(0.1~0.5 mg/L)和生长素(IBA 0.01 mg/L或NAA 0.1 mg/L)有利于花叶玉簪试管苗离体分株;而附加高浓度6-BA(≥1.0 mg/L)和生长素(IBA 0.01 mg/L或NAA0.1 mg/L)则有利于花叶玉簪愈伤组织分化产生不定芽。MS培养基附加低浓度6-BA(0.1~0.5mg/L)或不加6-BA,配合一定浓度的生长素(IBA 0.1~0.3 mg/L或NAA 0.1 mg/L)有利于花叶玉簪试管苗壮苗生根。生根良好的花叶玉簪试管苗移栽成活率达91%±2%。

이용화협옥잠시관묘진행기쾌속번식、장묘생근여이재실험,결과표명,재MS기본배양기중부가저농도6-BA(0.1~0.5 mg/L)화생장소(IBA 0.01 mg/L혹NAA 0.1 mg/L)유리우화협옥잠시관묘리체분주;이부가고농도6-BA(≥1.0 mg/L)화생장소(IBA 0.01 mg/L혹NAA0.1 mg/L)칙유리우화협옥잠유상조직분화산생불정아。MS배양기부가저농도6-BA(0.1~0.5mg/L)혹불가6-BA,배합일정농도적생장소(IBA 0.1~0.3 mg/L혹NAA 0.1 mg/L)유리우화협옥잠시관묘장묘생근。생근량호적화협옥잠시관묘이재성활솔체91%±2%。
In this paper,plantlets of Hosta plantaginea were used as explants to investigate the proper conditions for rapid proliferation,growth of plantlets,rooting and transplanting.The results showed that MS medium supplemented with 6-BA(0.1-0.5 mg/L) and IBA(0.01 mg/L) or NAA(0.1 mg/L) were suitable for proliferation of plantlets via in vitro ramet,while MS medium supplemented with 6-BA(≥1.0 mg/L) and IBA(0.01 mg/L) or NAA(0.1 mg/L) were suitable for bud differentiation induced from calli.MS medium supplemented with IBA(0.1-0.3 mg/L) or NAA(0.1 mg/L),with or without low concentrations of 6-BA(0.5 mg/L) were suitable for the growth and rooting of plantlets.Finally,a total survival rate of 91%±2% was obtained for transplanting.
