建立了固相萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用测定河水中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的分析方法。结果表明,以C18为固相萃取柱、10 mL正己烷为洗脱剂,在上样速率为5 mL/min的条件下,用于河水中16种PAHs的检测,均有较好的回收率,在1~200μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.999 46~0.999 99之间,检出限为0.002 6~0.081 3μg/L,加标回收率为91%-119%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.4%~9.2%(n=6)之间。方法简便可靠,能够达到水样中16种多环芳烃的检测要求。

건립료고상췌취-기상색보/질보련용측정하수중16충다배방경(PAHs)적분석방법。결과표명,이C18위고상췌취주、10 mL정기완위세탈제,재상양속솔위5 mL/min적조건하,용우하수중16충PAHs적검측,균유교호적회수솔,재1~200μg/L범위내정량호적선성관계,상관계수재0.999 46~0.999 99지간,검출한위0.002 6~0.081 3μg/L,가표회수솔위91%-119%,상대표준편차(RSD)재2.4%~9.2%(n=6)지간。방법간편가고,능구체도수양중16충다배방경적검측요구。
A method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in water sample using solid-phase extraction(SPE) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed.A good extraction efficiency was obtained by using SPE Column and 10 mL n-hexane as adsorbent with 5 mL/min of extract rate.With this method to detect PAHs in water sample,the linearity range of 16 kinds of PAHs varied from 1 to 200 μg/L with correlation coefficients of 0.99946-0.99999,the detection limits of this method ranged from 0.0026 to 0.0813 μg/L.The recovery rate was from 91.15% to 119.4% with the relative standard deviation ranging from 2.4% to 9.2%.The method is convenient and reliable,which can meet the requirement of determination of 16 kinds of PHAs in water sample.
