针对目前煤矿设备存在的安全隐患问题,结合检测设备的信号以及传感器的特性,设计了一种基于MSP430单片机的煤矿设备安全远程监控系统,给出了系统的结构及软硬件设计方法.系统采用压力、速度及电流等传感器采集信号经GSM无线通信网络传给上位机或手机,通过上位机系统进行数据分析处理、存储、生成报表等功能.该系统可以对提升机、压缩机、水泵和通风机等矿井设备进行检测,试验样机多次测试验证了系统的可靠性和稳定性.

In order to solve coal mine equipment safety problems,a new mine equipment remote monitoring system is intruoduced,based on MSP430 according to the detection equipment signal and the actual sensor characteristics.The system structure and the design method of hardware and software are described.The collected signals by the pressure,velocity and current sensors etc.are sent to the PC or mobile phone through the GSM wireless communication network.The data are analyzed by PC to complete the functions of the data processing,storage and information reports.The monitoring system can detect the mine equipment such as an elevator machine,a compression engine,a pump and a ventilator.The validity and stability of the monitoring system are verified by the test on the experimental prototype.
