在全民健身的大潮中,作为中老年人更是积极的投入到运动健身的行列当中,由于中国导引养生功法具有强身健体、延年益寿的功能,而被广大中老年人作为首选的健身手段。相应的在运动实践中是否达到锻炼效果,采用运动中心率遥测以及与慢性疾病相关的血脂指标来指导中老年健身人群,使其放心享受与传播导引养生文化。

The purpose is to make them to be at ease to enjoy and inheritance the traditional health culture.
