评价锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。2010年3月至2011年10月,奉新县人民医院使用锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折43例,根据Neer分型,二部分骨折13例,三部分骨折24例,四部分骨折6例。随访评定包括X线片、Constant肩关节功能评分标准。结果43例患者获得平均15个月(8-24个月)临床随访,骨折全部愈合,愈合平均时间3.5个月(1.5-6个月),无畸形愈合。肩关节功能按照Constant评分标准,优18例,良21例,可2例,差2例。锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折具有操作简单、固定牢靠、骨折愈合率高、并发症少等优点,特别适用于粉碎性骨折和肱骨近端骨质疏松骨折的治疗。

To evaluate the clinical results of proximal humeral fractures treated by the locking plate. From March 2010 to October 2011,43 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated with open re- duction and internal fixation with locking plate. According to Neer classification, 13 cases were two - part fractures,24 cases three-part fractures and 6 cases four-part fractures. The clinical results were evaluated by using Constant's evaluation system and X-ray films. 43 cases were followed up for aver- age 15 months(8 -24 months). All fractures got complete healing,the mean time for bony union was 3.5 ( 1.5 -6) months. According to Constant's evaluation system, there were 18 excellent cases,21 good cases,2 fair cases and 2 bad cases. The excellent and good rate was 90.70%. Conclusions :The treatment of the proximal humeral fractures with Locking plate is simple and stable fixation, high bone union rate,few complications, especially suitable for osteoporosis and commlnuted proximal hu- meral fractures of elderly patients.
