本文通过介绍三方合作研究探索阳光教育模式的经验,发现此模式运行过程中的一些积极因素和不足之处。在扬长避短的基础上,进一步探讨了学生和教师的评价与激励机制。通过不断完善相关评价与激励机制,促进阳光教育模式朝着良性态势不断发展。

The thesis discovered some positive aspects and drawbacks in the running process of new mode of sunshine education on the basis of introducing three - party joint research on this mode. Based on the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, the dissertation discussed further on the evaluation and motivation mechanism of student and teacher. By making continuous improvements on relevant evaluation and motivation mechanism, the mode of sunshine education will develop into good shape.
