分析了几种现有的菠萝叶纤维脱胶方法及其优缺点,从菠萝叶纤维的结构特点和化学性能方面,阐述其与脱胶的关系.提出菠萝叶纤维脱胶技术应向着"优质、高效、低耗、少污染"方向发展的必要性,并据此提出一种新的脱胶方法———机械脱胶.
分析瞭幾種現有的菠蘿葉纖維脫膠方法及其優缺點,從菠蘿葉纖維的結構特點和化學性能方麵,闡述其與脫膠的關繫.提齣菠蘿葉纖維脫膠技術應嚮著"優質、高效、低耗、少汙染"方嚮髮展的必要性,併據此提齣一種新的脫膠方法———機械脫膠.

Necessity and urgency of pineapple leaf fiber degumming technology research were expounded in the paper.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the present methods of pineapple leaf fiber degumming——chemical degumming,biological degumming,and biochemical joint degumming——were analysed.Secondly,the relationship between the characteristics of pineapple leaf fiber and degumming were expounded in view of the structure characteristics and chemical properties of pineapple leaf fiber."low consumption,high efficiency,high quality,less pollution" pineapple leaf fiber degumming technology were pointed out.Finally,a new method of pineapple leaf fiber degumming was put forward.
