[目的]为快速、准确检测出生鲜牛乳中β-内酰胺酶,保证牛奶卫生安全。[方法]采用Snap法(酶联免疫法)检测生鲜牛乳中β-内酰胺酶,对新疆巴州辖区内17个奶站进行抽样检测。[结果]17份样品结果全部为阴性。[结论]对巴州辖区内17个奶站的生鲜牛乳进行了抽样检测β-内酰胺酶项目,17份样品结果全部为阴性,合格数17份,合格率为100%。

[목적]위쾌속、준학검측출생선우유중β-내선알매,보증우내위생안전。[방법]채용Snap법(매련면역법)검측생선우유중β-내선알매,대신강파주할구내17개내참진행추양검측。[결과]17빈양품결과전부위음성。[결론]대파주할구내17개내참적생선우유진행료추양검측β-내선알매항목,17빈양품결과전부위음성,합격수17빈,합격솔위100%。
[Objective]Using rapid, accurate methods to detect β-lactamase in fresh milk so as to ensure milk healthy and safety. [Methods]Snap assay (ELISA) was taken as rapid detection method for β-lacta- mases in fresh milk. [Results]We took 17 milk samples from 17 milk stations in Bazhou area, Xinjiang to test β-lactamase in raw milk. All the samples were negative. Analysis of influencing factors has been made for using Snap assay for rapid detection of β-lactamase in fresh milk. [Conclusion]The 17 raw milk samples were all negative, and the qualification rate reached 100%, which showed that β-lactamase had not been detected in the 17 fresh milk station in Bazhou area.
