2007年3月-2011年9月，对黄山地区人工养殖蟾蜍发生的主要疾害进行了调查，发现主要有腐皮病、红腿病、烂鳃病、胃肠炎、白内障、水霉病、气泡病等病害，车轮虫、舌杯虫和水蛭寄生虫害以及蛇、水虿、鸟等敌害。初步掌握了这些疾病的临床症状、病理变化、流行特点以及敌害种类，并对以上疾害提出了相应的防治措施。
2007년3월-2011년9월，대황산지구인공양식섬서발생적주요질해진행료조사，발현주요유부피병、홍퇴병、란새병、위장염、백내장、수매병、기포병등병해，차륜충、설배충화수질기생충해이급사、수채、조등활해。초보장악료저사질병적림상증상、병리변화、류행특점이급활해충류，병대이상질해제출료상응적방치조시。
The main diseases of artificial breeding toads in Huangshan region were investigated from March 2007 to September 2011. The investigation result shows there are decayed-skin, red-leg frog disease, decayed-cheek disease, enteritis, cataract, saprolegniasis, and bubble disease; three kinds of parasites (trichodinids, apisoma and sanguisuga) and some natural enemies (snake, dobson and bird). Further studies were made of the clinical symptoms, pathological changes, popular features, and predators of these diseases, and appropriate measures were put forward to prevent and treat them..
