文章通过分析清水县天然草原、人工种草、农作物秸秆利用和牧草生产加工现状,指出清水草产业存诸多问题,例如：牧草良种化低、品种单一,运输困难、加工技术落后,未形成完整的产业链、市场混乱等。同时为推动清水县草产业可持续发展,提出以下对策：一是要引进良种、发展一体化产业,二是要培育龙头企业、带动草产业升级,三是要健全草产业长效机制、积极试探草产业发展新模式。
