我国当前的食品卫生安全保障工作主要以政府行政与法制监管为主，对企业和公众在食品安全中应承担的责任激励不足，降低了监管的整体效率与效果。本文从政府、企业和公众三方视角，分析食品安全责任的激励机制。总结国外食品安全责任激励机制的实践经验，最后提出对深化我国食品安全治理工作的启示及对策建议。
我國噹前的食品衛生安全保障工作主要以政府行政與法製鑑管為主，對企業和公衆在食品安全中應承擔的責任激勵不足，降低瞭鑑管的整體效率與效果。本文從政府、企業和公衆三方視角，分析食品安全責任的激勵機製。總結國外食品安全責任激勵機製的實踐經驗，最後提齣對深化我國食品安全治理工作的啟示及對策建議。

At present, China relies mainly on government administration and regulations to ensure food safe- ty, with less involvement by food producers and the public because it is short of incentives for them to undertake the responsibility, which reduces the overall efficiency and effectiveness of supervision. The present paper analy- zes the incentives to undertake food safety responsibility from the perspectives of government, producers and the public. By summarizing the practical experience of foreign countries in applying incentives to ensure food safety, the paper puts forwards some instruction and suggestions to deepen the governance of food safety in China.
