以超声法提取马齿苋多糖,采用苯酚一硫酸比色法,于488nm波长处测定黔产不同产地马齿苋的多糖含量,结果为独山9月份采收的马齿苋多糖含量最高,表明采收期和产地是影响马齿苋多糖含量的重要因素之一。

The polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea was extracted by ultrasonic method and determined by phe- nol-vitriolic colorimetry in 488 nm. The results showed that the content of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea was the highest when harvested from Dushan of Guizhou in September, which suggested that harvest time and origin of place were the crucial factors for polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea.
