本文在对我校海外交流模式的持续探索基础上，提出了以学历项目、短期交流项目、寒（暑）期项目和实习类项目为主的本科生海外学习、实习渠道。最后，通过多年实践和探索，提出了以海外实习项目为核心的项目管理模式，并以学分认定类项目为例，分析了本科生海外交流模式和效果。

On the basis of continually exploring overseas exchange mode in our university, the paper puts forward overseas learning and internship programs for undergraduates such as degree program, short - term exchange program, summer/winter vacation program, and internship program. Finally, through practice and exploration for many years, the paper puts forward the program management mode which takes overseas internship program as the core, takes credits -identified program as an example, and analyzes the overseas exchange mode for undergraduates and its effect.
