以电熔镁砂为主要原料,通过改变刚玉细粉的加入量,在110℃、24h烘干及1500℃、3h烧成制度下,研究了刚玉细粉的加人量对镁质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,当刚玉细粉的加入量大于或小于6%时,镁质浇注料显气孔率大、耐压强度低、抗渣性能差。当刚玉细粉加入量为6%时,镁质浇注料综合性能优良。
以電鎔鎂砂為主要原料,通過改變剛玉細粉的加入量,在110℃、24h烘榦及1500℃、3h燒成製度下,研究瞭剛玉細粉的加人量對鎂質澆註料性能的影響。結果錶明,噹剛玉細粉的加入量大于或小于6%時,鎂質澆註料顯氣孔率大、耐壓彊度低、抗渣性能差。噹剛玉細粉加入量為6%時,鎂質澆註料綜閤性能優良。

By taking electro-fused magnesia as raw material, the effects of adding amounts of corundum powder on the properties of magnesian castable are studied through the changes of adding amount of corundum and with the heating schedule of drying at 110℃ for 24h and firing at 1 500℃ for 3h, The re- suits show that when the adding amounts of corundum are higher or less than 6%, the magnesian castable has higher apparent porosity, lower crushing strength and poor slag resistance. When the adding amount of corundum powder is 6%, the comprehensive properties of the magnesian castable are good in oualitv.
