建立了EDTA容量法直接测定黄磷炉渣中氧化钙含量,该方法简便、快捷、易掌握。试样经稀盐酸溶液(0.5mol/L)浸提,采用不同的掩蔽剂消除金属离子的干扰,使滴定终点更加明锐、清晰。实验结果表明,该方法的加标回收率在98.0%~100.2%之间,标准差S为0.094,准确度、精密度较高,适用于企业的分析需要。

This paper established EDTA volumetric method for the direct determination of the calcium oxide content of phosphorus slag, the method is simple, fast, and easy to master. The sample was extracted with dilute hydrochloric acid solution (0.5mol / L) using a masking agent to eliminate the interference of the metal ion, so that the endpoint of the titration was more pronounced sharp, clear. Experimental results shown that standard addition recoveries of the method was 98.0% to 100.2%, with the standard deviation S of 0.094, accuracy, high precision, and suitable for analysis needs of the enterprise.
