提出一种基于石蜡电极表面吸附孔雀石绿抗体的电化学免疫传感器,通过竞争型免疫检测法测量水体中残留孔雀石绿。对免疫传感器构制参数——电极表面预处理、抗-MG溶液pH、抗-MG溶液浓度和抗-MG抗体吸附时间进行了研究;对传感器测量过程参数进行了优化,传感器对孔雀石绿检测的线性范围为1.5—780μg/L,检测孔雀石的回收率在93%-116%。

This paper proposes amperometric immunosensor based on the adsorptive immobilization of Malachite Green anti- body on the solid paraffin electrode surface, measuring residues of Malachite Green in water bodies by competitive immuno - detec- ted method. Meanwhile, it studies Fabrication parameters of the immune sensor ( electrode surface pretreatment, pH of anti - MG o- solution, anti - MG solution concentration and anti - MG antibody adsorption time), optimizing parameters of sensor in measuring course, and obtaining 1.5 -780 g/L of Malachite Green measuring range and 93% - 116% of recovery rate.
