介绍缺氧/好氧(A/O)与曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺原理及特点,采用A/O与BAF组合工艺处理甲醇和深度催化裂化(DCC)项目生产废水,处理水量为500m3/h。监测结果表明,对COD、BOD5、氨氮、悬浮物、硫化物和石油类的去除率分别为93%,95%,87%,93%,96%,85%。出水水质满足GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级标准值。

Both the process principle and features of A/O and BAF are introduced and the combination of A/O and BAF processes are employed to treat the waste water produced from methanol and DCC plants with the water quantity to be treated of 50 m3/h.The monitoring result shows that the removal rate of COD,BOD5,NH3—N,suspended matter,sulfide and oils is respectively 93%,95%,87%,93%,96%,85%.The quality of treated water is meeting the first-rate criteria set forth in GB 8978—1996《Sewage Comprehensive Effluent Standard 》.
