本文试图通过大运会志愿者对奥林匹克文化掌握程度的分析，观察大运会的举办对于推广奥林匹克文化的效果，揭示高校传承奥林匹克文化的途径和方法。本研究选取深圳高校的145位大运会志愿者大学生和141位非志愿者大学生，进行有关“奥林匹克知识掌握程度”、“大运会时高校传承奥林匹克文化的影响”的问卷调查。结果显示：志愿者关于奥林匹克核心价值理念的掌握程度显著高于非志愿者；志愿者关于大运会对传播奥林匹克文化的促进程度的主观感知远高于非志愿者；志愿者关于大运会对高校校园文化的影响内容与非志愿者有较大差异。结论：深圳大运会高校志愿者对于传承奥林匹克文化具有重要地推动作用，同时也促进了奥林匹克文化与高校文化的融合。

Introduction: In this paper, the mastery degree of Olympic culture among the Universiade volunteors has been analyzed and the effect of promoting Olympic culture through staging the Universiade has been observed, .aiming at revealing the ways and methods of inheriting Olympic euhure in colleges and universities. Method: In this research, 145 Universiade -volunteer students and 141 non -volunteer students were selected to finish the ques- tionnairo on "The Mastery Degree of Olympic Knowledge" and "The Universiade' s Influence on Inheriting Olympic Culture in Universities". Result: 1. The volunteers' mastery degree on Olympic core value is absolutely deeper than the non - volunteers. 2. The volunteers are much higher than the non - volunteers in the subjective pereeption of the Universiade' s promotional function on Olympic culture. 3. It has a great difference between volunteers and non- volunteers about the Universide' s influence on campus culture. Conclusion: The student volunteers of Shenzhen Universiade plays an important promoting role in inheriting Olympic culture which also enhances the merging of Olympie culture and University culture.
