目的:探讨不同时间有氧运动对高脂血症大鼠血清CRP含量的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机抽取10只作为正常对照组(NC),其余为高脂血症模型组,高脂血症模型成功后再将高脂组大鼠随机分成高脂血症安静对照组(HC)、高脂血症1小时有氧运动组(HEl)、高脂血症2小时有氧运动组(HE2)。酶免法测定血清CRP。结果:HC组大鼠血清CRP的含量显著高于NC组(P〈0.01),HEl组显著低于HC组(P〈0.05),但仍明显高于NC组(P〈0.05);HE2组与HC组相比虽有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义,与HEl组相比差异虽无统计学意义,但有上升趋势,仍明显高于NC组(P〈0.05)。结论:高脂血症大鼠血清CRP水平有升高现象,提示高脂血症大鼠机体存在一定程度的慢性炎症反应;适量的有氧运动有减轻高脂血症大鼠机体慢性炎症反应的作用;仅就循环CRP水平而言,并非运动时间越长,对高脂血症越有好处。

목적:탐토불동시간유양운동대고지혈증대서혈청CRP함량적영향。방법:웅성Wistar대서40지,수궤추취10지작위정상대조조(NC),기여위고지혈증모형조,고지혈증모형성공후재장고지조대서수궤분성고지혈증안정대조조(HC)、고지혈증1소시유양운동조(HEl)、고지혈증2소시유양운동조(HE2)。매면법측정혈청CRP。결과:HC조대서혈청CRP적함량현저고우NC조(P〈0.01),HEl조현저저우HC조(P〈0.05),단잉명현고우NC조(P〈0.05);HE2조여HC조상비수유하강추세,단차이무통계학의의,여HEl조상비차이수무통계학의의,단유상승추세,잉명현고우NC조(P〈0.05)。결론:고지혈증대서혈청CRP수평유승고현상,제시고지혈증대서궤체존재일정정도적만성염증반응;괄량적유양운동유감경고지혈증대서궤체만성염증반응적작용;부취순배CRP수평이언,병비운동시간월장,대고지혈증월유호처。
Objective : It investigates the effects of different duration aerobic exercise on the level of serum CRY in hyperlipiodemia rats. Methods : 40 Wistar male rats arc randomly divided into 4 groups { ten rats each group } : normal control group ( NC) , and others are hypeilipiodemia groups including quiet control group { HC} , lhour duration aerobic exercise group { HE1 } , and 2 hours duration aerobic exercise group ( HE2 }. The hyperlipemia model was set up by feeding hyperlipiodemia feedstuff. The serum CRP is tested by ELISA. Results: The concentration of serum CRY is higher in HC than NC { p 〈 0. 01 } , lower in HE1 than HC { p 〈 0. 05 } , but significantly higher in HE1 than NC { p 〈 0. 05 }. The concentration of serum CRY in HE2 has a tendency of falling compared with HC, but there is no significant different. However, compared with HE1, there is no signifi3ant different but it is rising. It is still higher in HE2 than NC { p 〈 0. 05 }. Conclusions : The eoneentration of serum CRP in hyperlipiodemia rats has a tendency of rising. It means that there is a chronic inflammation in hyperlipiodemia rats ' body. The concentration of serum CRP is reduced by 1 hour aerobic exercise for 6 weeks. It is not necessarily advantageous of more duration aerobic exercises.
