采用调查问卷及个别访谈方式,对台湾技职院校朝阳科技大学和嘉南药理科技大学的61位学生进行调查,分析学生对台湾技职院校职业素养培养项目的认可度,在此基础上,提出我国高校学生职业素养培养的四点启示：需要教育主管部门做好提高教学质量的顶层设计;学生职业素养培养应以提升学生就业率和就业质量为指挥棒;学生职业素养培养需要高校与社会的通力合作;在高等院校中开展儒家文化教育。

Using questionnaire and individual interviews, University of Technology and Chia Nan University of the paper takes a survey for 61 students in Taiwan Chaoyang Pharmacy & Science, analyses approved level of the projects of student occupation literacy training in Taiwan vocational University. Then the paper puts forward four enlightenments of students' occupation literacy training in our university : education departments needs to make the top - level design to improve the teaching quality; students' occupation literacy training needs to promote students'employment rate and qual- ity; students' occupation literacy training needs the universities and the society cooperation and have the Confucian cul- ture education course in the university.
