Stroke-associated pneumonia (SAP) is the important factor causing condition aggravation and even death for stroke patients,and need active intervention.Fiber bronchoscope,as a measure for lung examination and therapy,has been widely used in patients with SAP.This paper reviews the theoretical basis and the specific clinical value of fiber bronchoscope as a prevention and cure method for SAP.
